Founder

Michelle brings determination, connection, and vision to the TT Foundation. As one of the founding voices behind the mission, she combines a background in startup leadership with a natural ability to bring people together and turn ideas into action.

Known affectionately as “the chaos coordinator,” Michelle thrives in bringing big ideas to life, from fundraising efforts to community events. She is passionate about serving others, volunteers regularly in her church’s children’s ministry, and is committed to raising kids who lead by example and care deeply for others.

Her connection to the Foundation’s mission is deeply personal, shaped by her journey as a mom to four children on earth and one in heaven. Outside the Foundation, you’ll find Michelle at the beach with her family, sipping a coffee with a friend, or adventuring with her kids around Orange County.

Aja Greer

Operations

Aja brings steadiness, care, and quiet strength to the TT Foundation. With nearly 15 years of experience in the tech industry, currently at Apple, she brings a strategic, systems-minded approach that helps keep the Foundation’s operations organized and sustainable.

Her connection to the mission is deeply personal. After experiencing the loss of a child within her own family, Aja understands the isolation grief can bring and is passionate about creating a supportive, faith-rooted community where families feel seen, cared for, and never alone.

A trusted thought partner and behind-the-scenes builder, Aja leads with integrity, consistency, and grace. Outside the Foundation, she is a proud mom who finds joy in nature, running, hiking, and appreciating the beauty in everyday moments.

Secretary

Brit Marano

Brittany brings energy, intention, and a deep heart for people to the TT Foundation. With a master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a career in employee engagement and leadership development at SC Johnson, she blends strategy with care in everything she does.

Whether she's leading corporate trainings or coordinating unforgettable celebrations--from proms to weddings to baby showers-Brittany naturally creates spaces where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Her love for others shines beyond her professional life. A proud auntie, loyal friend, and generous volunteer, she gives freely of her time and talents to lift up the people around her-always with joy and a touch of sparkle. At the Foundation, she supports both events and social media, helping the mission come to life in thoughtful and heartfelt ways.

Brittany is a California girl at heart, a proud cat mom to Pemberley, and a lover of Disney, Austen novels, salty ocean air, and any destination with a passport stamp.

Maria Barletta

Treasurer

Maria brings creativity, grace, and a keen eye for detail to the TT Foundation. As a mom of two who passionately nurtures her children's dreams, she understands the power of intentional support and thoughtful growth. She is one of Orange County's most versatile interior designers, tackling everything from homes and coffee shops to business spaces and corporate offices all with her signature modern, wabi-sabi touch.

As the owner of her own design and décor company, Maria's impeccable style and event planning talents shine both professionally and personally. Whether creating beautiful gatherings or offering a comforting presence to friends in need, she's the collaborator everyone counts on.

In addition to her role as Treasurer, Maria brings that same dedication and eye for elegance to the Foundation's events. She also loves to travel and finds endless inspiration in the colors and rhythms of her favorite places- especially Spain and Italy.

Care & Support

Jessica Candaele

Jessica brings a beautiful heart and thoughtful leadership to the TT Foundation. A dedicated mom and business development director, she's driven by a deep desire to help those who may not always ask for support. From the moment you meet her, her warmth, kindness, and attentive listening make it clear she's someone you can count on.

Jessica's willingness to step in wherever needed is a rare gift. She now leads the Care & Support efforts, carefully curating the details of our "Travis Totes" to provide comfort and grace to mothers experiencing loss. Her eye for detail and fresh ideas have already shaped our events and community outreach in powerful ways.

With experience building partnerships with local organizations and a genuine passion for making a difference, Jessica's presence is an integral part of the team's energy and mission.

Outside of her work with the Foundation, she's known for her impeccable style especially her love of dainty jewelry-and, of course, her adorable children.

Crystal Cannon

Brand Marketing

Crystal brings vision, warmth, and creative energy to the TT Foundation. With experience in brand strategy, social media, and influencer marketing, including work with Rockstar Energy, she has a gift for turning ideas into meaningful experiences with intention and beauty at the center.

At the Foundation, Crystal channels her creativity into branding and events, helping bring our mission to life through thoughtful visuals, authentic messaging, and memorable experiences. Her creativity is matched by a genuine heart for others, and she has a way of making people feel celebrated, supported, and cared for.

Outside the Foundation, you’ll find Crystal at the gym, planning her next getaway, spending time with family and friends, or finding inspiration for whatever she’s dreaming up next.
