Michelle brings determination, connection, and vision to the TT Foundation. As one of the founding voices behind the mission, her heart for families and her ability to rally people together shine through in every initiative. With a background in startup operations and leadership, Michelle has successfully led large customer experience teams—skills she now channels into the Foundation's fundraising efforts and community events. She has a unique gift for turning ideas into action, ensuring projects not only start strong but also cross the finish line with purpose and impact.

Known affectionately as “the chaos coordinator,” Michelle thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a steady, creative energy to any challenge. She’s passionate about helping her community, volunteers regularly in her church’s children’s ministry, and is committed to raising world changers- kids who lead by example and care deeply for others.

At the core of her work is a personal connection to the cause, shaped by her journey as a mom to four children on earth and one in heaven. Outside the Foundation, you’ll find her either at the beach, sipping a dirty chai with a friend at Alta in Newport (her go-to for over 20 years), or adventuring with her kids. Michelle finds joy in making ordinary moments meaningful and is honored to bring that heart to the TT Foundation.
